每个写入工具在执行前都会经过权限层。工具分为 safe / confirm / dangerous 三档,授权粒度支持 once / session / project / 全局工具四档,指纹使用稳定哈希(命令、路径或参数),持久化记录落在 ~/.mocode/permissions.json(v3 格式,会自动加载 v2 资源授权)。管道/CI 环境默认拒绝所有需确认的操作,除非显式开启。
