Introducing Vivienne💅✨: The Interactive Chatbot for the City of Bacoor, Cavite.
Our capstone/thesis project uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to deliver a smooth user experience. Our team aims to reduce the overall tedious process that the citizens of Bacoor might experience. By providing them with advance information just by chatting to the chatbot, users will no longer have to search, navigate, browse, or ask questions directly to the city hall.
