给 AI 用的可审计信息采集引擎。SearXNG 元搜索聚合、MCP Server、证据卡、自适应质量评估。支持中文互联网搜索、抓取、社区采集。
该方式会把 Cookie 放入命令行参数；需要避免 shell history 时，优先使用浏览器捕获。Cookie 和 browser profile 保存在 .source-radar/，不会进入 Git。
