KarnEvil9 is an open-source deterministic agent runtime that converts natural-language tasks into structured execution plans with typed tools, fine-grained permissions, and tamper-evident replay. It is the first public implementation of Google DeepMind's Intelligent AI Delegation framework (Tomasev, Franklin & Osindero, 2026) — translating all five pillars of the paper into runnable TypeScript.
