builtInToolPreset: 'default' enables the SDK-owned tools for that query. On Windows the SDK registers Bash when Git Bash is available; otherwise it registers PowerShell (pwsh, then Windows PowerShell). Use 'none', or omit the option, when the embedding host does not want SDK built-in tools.
