Flow lets you describe a multi-agent workflow in ~15 lines of YAML (four knobs: agents, phases, loops, groups) and run it end-to-end with no human gates. It also ships battle-tested plan/implement/audit skills. It unifies pair's simplicity with pi-dynamic-workflows' orchestration and a CodeRabbit-style audit rigor; it supersedes earlier workflow packages (see the migration guide).
