Building upon the NLP engine and knowledge base, we have developed a state-of-the-art conversational model. This model, trained on a massive dataset of customer dialogues, generates natural language responses that are not only informative but also empathetic and engaging. Furthermore, AI-DCSS integrates a continuously evolving knowledge base.
