检索：BAAI/bge-small-en-v1.5 嵌入（384 维，ONNX 推理，随镜像分发，无需联网下载），分块 1200/200，融合打分 0.7 × 向量分 + 0.3 × 词汇分。跨语言不靠多语言嵌入，而是先把提问翻译成资料语言再检索 —— 代价是一次小模型调用，收益是可以用更小更准的英文检索模型，且翻译错了肉眼可见，而嵌入对不上是黑箱。
