VisionPower: portable image understanding MCP server for Codex, Claude Desktop, Cursor, and other agents.
两种形态共用同一份内核逻辑（src/vision-core.js + src/config.js）：MCP server 直接引用它；Skill 的 describe_image.mjs 由 npm run build:skill 从同一份内核自动打包成一个零依赖脚本（测试会校验两者同步，永不漂移）。内核只做「校验 + 归一化 + 转发」，不缓存图片、不抓取 image_url（由上游模型服务拉取）。
