sift is a standalone Rust CLI and library for hybrid and agentic local search in development workflows. The shipped executable gives you direct search, planner-driven search --agent, evaluation, dataset, and prompt-optimization commands; the crate-root library facade exposes direct, controller, and autonomous search APIs for embedding.
