Run all of your tools in containers (Linux/Mac).
Aetherion runs your editors, agent CLIs, and toolchains inside disposable, per-project namespaces — each its own $HOME, image, and build dir, so you can keep separate identities, model setups, or experiments side by side without cross-talk. The aetherion launcher mounts your current directory into the container and bind-mounts a host directory as $HOME, so agent logins, shell history, and per-user tool state persist across sessions. System tooling lives in the image (under /opt and /usr/local), so an image rebuild delivers new versions to a namespace immediately.
