oracle.omen is a framework for building autonomous agents that must be auditable years after execution. Unlike agent frameworks that prioritize convenience over correctness, oracle.oven enforces deterministic execution at every layer: event logging, state transitions, tool execution, and memory operations are all replayable. Every decision, capability check, denial, and state mutation is logged with causal linkage. Agents can propose patches to their own behavior, but patches must pass test gates, audit gates, and approval gates before application.
