Structured project progress and safe cross-agent handoffs in one local Markdown file
The file contains authoritative structured JSON and a generated Markdown view. Agents read the same state, writes use revision checks and a writer lease, and a formal handoff releases that lease for the next agent. When the file approaches the 64 KiB limit, old operation receipts are archived synchronously and losslessly; project records are never truncated. No chat replay, daemon, database, cloud service, or model call is required.
