Q: 传 SH600519 / 600519.SH 查不到数据？ V3.6.0 前研报层确实如此（reportapi 只认纯 6 位数字，带前缀静默返回 0 篇）。现已新增 norm_ticker() 并在研报层接入，四种写法结果一致；解析不出 6 位数字时抛 ValueError 而非返回空，避免把"代码写错"误读成"这票没数据"。
