这是企业级治理链的单机参考实现：项目与工作区注册表在 ~/.cody，一个进程服务一个用户，不是多租户控制面。知识图谱只解析 Java / MyBatis，非 Java 项目图谱层隐身，RAG 与文件工具不受影响。Windows 下的 subprocess 执行器只有超时与输出上限，硬隔离需要 DockerExecutor。checkpoint 是状态快照而非事件溯源，可追踪但不能任意重放。auto 模式允许计划外的内建写入，这是便利与控制强度的主动权衡，部署时应配合项目级 policy。
