上游请求在出站前经历统一的改写管线（internal/upstream/payload.go）：强制 stream:true、developer 角色归一、tool_choice 归一、image_url 字符串兼容为 OpenAI 对象形态、DeepSeek 思维链注入、reasoning_effort 档位降级、reasoning_content 回填、指纹脱敏。
