用一份 Docker Compose，把 ChatGPT Web 能力封装成可由本地 Agent、IDE、SDK 与自动化工具调用的统一 API 入口。
Piper 仍是仅服务 Hermes 时的最低复杂度方案。2026-08-09 当时已在 FNOS 使用固定的 Kokoro-FastAPI v0.6.0-cu126 amd64 摘要完成 GPU canary，并切换为 aurora-stack 的 kokoro-tts Compose 服务：仅绑定宿主回环端口，健康状态为 healthy；生产切换后的脱敏中文 WAV 验收返回 PCM 16-bit、24 kHz、单声道音频，约 2.04 秒生成 4.20 秒音频，显存峰值 964 MiB。客户端通过 New API 的独立 kokoro-local-tts 渠道访问该服务，不经过 Aurora，也不把 Kokoro 数据并入 New API 的 SQLite 持久化生命周期。
