Client.Runtime intentionally has no completion method. After a direct provider call, use ReportTurns to persist the transcript and SignRuntimeUsageReport + SubmitUsageReport for attributed billing. Standard usage is benchmark provider cost × 1.33; BYOK/BYOM usage is a 33% Sonzai service fee because the tenant pays its provider directly.
