XiaoQing
基于 OneBot v11 的可扩展 QQ 机器人框架，内置插件系统、会话管理、调度调度、指标监控与热重载，支持快速开发与稳定运行。
当 plugins.smalltalk_provider = "xiaoqing_chat" 时，群聊消息都会进入 xiaoqing_chat 自己的观察和回复判断；插件内部使用 attention gate、频率控制、PFC planner、主 LLM 和 reply checker 决定是否回复。
