Or offline, without trusting our server: pass a --cid and --expected-hash, the script fetches from gateway.irys.xyz directly and recomputes SHA-256. For a single evidence URL inside the trace, the V2 contract's verifyInclusion(root, leaf, proof) view accepts a ~200-byte Merkle proof — no full trace download required.
