WeVisCut
WeVisCut is a 9B tool-using agent that turns knowledge articles and narration scripts into multi-minute videos through planning, asset retrieval, editing, inspection, and repair. Built on Qwen3.5, it operates in a stateful 12-tool workflow and includes an editable Studio runtime.
1. State-conditioned tool loop. At each step the policy observes the structured editing state and emits exactly one tool call. The tool result updates the state, and the loop continues until Tool_StitchVideo assembles the cut. Reflections and judges are themselves tool calls: the agent reviews its own intermediate renders and repairs whatever fails the gates.
