如果本地 cookie 已过期，但你已经通过 shell 环境变量、QZCLI_ENV_FILE 指向的 .env（默认 ~/.qzcli/.env）或 ~/.qzcli/config.json 保存了 CAS 凭据，qzcli avail 会自动刷新 cookie 后继续查询。
