Claude Code 可使用仓库中的 scripts/xinchao-heartbeat-hook.sh。脚本读取 hook 输入后只保留 session_id，主动丢弃 prompt。不要直接把 UserPromptSubmit 配成指向心潮的原始 HTTP hook，否则客户端可能把包含提示词的完整 hook JSON 发送出去。
