Set playback speed for Read Aloud on ChatGPT.com. Clicking the speed display opens a popup to save the default playback speed and toggle the square design. Also adds color-coded icons for copy, thumbs up, thumbs down, read aloud, and stop buttons. Highlight color for strong text is green in dark mode and violet in light mode.
This script integrates intuitive playback speed controls into the chatbox interface and navigation buttons into the header to browse between messages. Clicking the speed display opens a settings menu to set a preferred default playback speed and to toggle additional UI tweaks. Additionally, the icons below Chat's responses and bold text are color-coded.
