HelioOps turns a solar storm into cited, machine verified instructions for aviation, power grid, maritime and telecom operators. It watches coronagraph imagery for a coronal mass ejection, predicts the GPS error and HF radio blackout that the storm will cause, writes the action list each industry needs, and checks every number in that list against the published rulebooks before a human ever reads it.
