不装 Docker 也能跑:pip install -r backend/requirements.txt && uvicorn backend.app:app(需 DEEPSEEK_API_KEY 环境变量)。后端只有三个文件:backend/app.py(FastAPI + SSE)、backend/deepseek_client.py(流式客户端,含 reasoning_content)、backend/pipeline.py(三段 prompt)。
