Sync Claude Code sessions between two machines over SSH — no cloud.
Start a Claude Code session on your Linux desktop, claude --resume it on your Mac — or any pair of your machines. claude-hop syncs ~/.claude/projects/ over SSH with rsync, rewriting the absolute paths that would otherwise make sessions invisible on the other side. No cloud, no accounts: your machines, your keys, your sessions.
