Finds and tracks free AI API providers for OmniRoute. Scans a list of mostly Chinese AI relay sites, checks which ones expose an OpenAI-compatible /v1/models endpoint, records what models they actually list, flags the free ones, and can fire a 1-token completion to confirm tokens actually flow. It also goes out and finds new providers on its own.
