Character agents each carry memory, beliefs, and a personal view of the world; a narrator synthesizes their event lines into a chapter spec; a generation pipeline writes the prose behind quality gates (banned words, AI-flavor detection, metaphor density, sensory warmth) and auto-rewrites until it passes.
