4.5 完成了 Panel 与配置的拆分：配置能力独立为“配置”板块，Panel 回到详情、主机、文件、探针、审计等服务器面板主线。下一阶段开始补全 1Shell 还缺少的确定性面板能力，优先从 systemd、Docker / Compose、端口 / 进程、日志、证书、站点 / 反代和主机健康概览做资源发现与只读状态，再逐步加入可审计操作。详见 Panel 补全计划。
