A Codex skill for durable project memory across context compaction
HANDOFF.md 不是等压缩后才生成:它在任务进行中持续维护,并应在压缩或交接前保持最新。PreCompact Hook 只验证结构、长度和证据元数据,不做语义总结。压缩后先读 HANDOFF,再核对 HANDOFF 最后写入之后、截至压缩触发 turn 的有限 transcript 增量,避免最后几轮确认的关键状态来不及写入;只有需要修复或证据冲突时才扩大 transcript 搜索范围。
