引擎自动继承断路器、工具安全、记忆注入等基础设施。但接入 REPL 目前还需要同步 改 xenon/repl/model_registry.py 的 BUILTIN_MODES、xenon/repl/repl.py 的 dispatch 分支，以及 evals/runner.py 的引擎白名单。
