領域無關的 agent 底座（kernel + 可插拔 DomainPack），從 xitto-code 抽象而來
批次 map（可寫 map-verify）：items.json 為 JSON 陣列，每項是 "任務字串" 或 { "task": "...", "verify": "shell 指令（exit 0 = 通過）" }。逐項跑可寫回合 → 驗收 → 通過保留、未通過 undo 回滾（工作區保持乾淨）。序列執行（無平行寫衝突）。批次自動核准 mutating——安全來自驗收+回滾（加 --sandbox 可再關住命令）。
