bootstrap-catalog.sh 使用 DSH_HOME（缺省 ~/.dsh）初始化共享路由目录。目录和绑定/快照子目录为 0700，初始 catalog.json 为 0600，并带有自校验 digest；已有 catalog 不会被覆盖。
