Turn WorkBuddy / CodeBuddy (Tencent) quota into a local OpenAI + Anthropic compatible API. Zero-dependency Node.js, multi-account pool with auto-rotation, context compression. 把 WorkBuddy/CodeBuddy 额度转成本机 OpenAI/Anthropic 兼容接口，零依赖、多账号轮换。
只需要 Node.js ≥ 18。 没有 npm install，没有 node_modules，没有 Docker， 没有全局 CLI，没有配置文件要抄。
