Your Claude Code sessions, Codex desktop tasks, local DeepSeek Harness, Grok Build agent, and shell harnesses do not share one routing surface. Embassy is a small local broker that gives all five providers named routes and explicit consent edges — no plugins, no API keys handled by Embassy, and no cloud relay.
