模型与推理等级由 Run 资源配置决定，并可由更窄的 Task/WorkUnit 配置覆盖。当前 RC 的允许包络是 Luna 类模型，通常使用 medium/high/xhigh，max 仅用于关键任务；Luna 之外额外允许 gpt-5.3-codex-spark。Core 不写死具体模型路由。requested、resolved、actual 始终分开记录：requested 与 resolved 描述路由；actual 只在宿主明确回传时记录，绝不从路由或任务正文推断。
