V2 命令链路不能从 V1 RuntimeStore、V1 config 或 V1 worktree helper 读取状态。CLI 的 V2 入口是 agt2/agtv2，默认状态目录是 .agt2；V1 入口 agt 默认状态目录仍然是 .agt。跨 worktree 的 session-index.json 只是同一版本 runtime 内部的索引文件，不代表 V2 依赖 V1 runtime。
