Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system for medical Q&A using the Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy (19th Edition). Semantic search via ChromaDB and GTE-large embeddings; answer generation with Mistral 7B (GGUF). Runs fully locally for privacy, with optional GPU acceleration.
