Na v2 deste projeto, o Hermes chegou a ser descrito como um “orquestrador leve” ou “núcleo ativo”. O EXP-001 mostrou que essa premissa não se sustenta como arquitetura real: não há um componente central soberano mediando a memória entre agentes. Na v3, o centro do desenho passa a ser o vault versionado e legível por humanos. Os agentes são clientes intercambiáveis, e qualquer MCP, script, provider, indexador ou runtime entra apenas como adaptador operacional, nunca como fonte soberana, policy engine central ou porteiro obrigatório.
