开箱即用的 Spring Cloud 微服务工程底座，内置 DDD/COLA 分层、可观测性、治理脚本与面向 agentic 开发的 Harness Engineering。
先复制 artemis-symphony/WORKFLOW.md.example 为仓库根 WORKFLOW.md，并按需设置 LINEAR_API_KEY。若希望 Symphony 在处理 issue 后把进度摘要评论回写到 Linear，可在 workflow 中开启 reporting.linear_comments.enabled: true。脚本默认会打开本地 9500 端口用于观测；如需自定义，可直接追加 --server.port=...，也兼容旧写法 -Dspring-boot.run.arguments=...。
