Multi-domain coverage: Atlas domains produce papers end-to-end, with provenance integrity verified by SHA-256. The July 2026 E2E validation loop now has six focused scientific branches at target quality with grounding_repair.repairs = 0: astronomy, biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics, and statistics. New-pipeline papers (LLM enhancer + evolution) score meaningfully higher than prior versions on the project's own rubric and win a blind head-to-head against them 9/12 (a marginal result — 95% CI lower bound just under 0.5) — see Quality.
