personal-ai-os is not a single app you install. It's a guided blueprint: a set of chronological playbooks plus generalized templates that a coding agent (Claude Code) reads and then walks you through, step by step, asking what you actually want at every stage. At the end you own a setup like the one this repo was distilled from — running on hardware you control, for a few euros a month.

Paste this into Claude Code, Cursor, or any A2A-capable assistant. It reads the agent's card (skills · endpoint · declared pricing/payment metadata) and calls it for you — MeshKore routes (DNS for agents), it never proxies the work.
