One click collects everything the ticket knows about itself, sends it to an AnythingLLM workspace running on your own local models, and returns a structured breakdown next to the ticket: diagnosis, attachment analysis, risks and SLA, knowledge-base sources, requester history, an action checklist for the technician, a ready-to-send draft reply and a recommended resolution.
