A GLPI 11 plugin that adds an AI analysis button to the ticket timeline. One click collects everything the ticket knows about itself, sends it to an AnythingLLM workspace running on your own local models, and returns a structured breakdown next to the ticket: diagnosis, attachment analysis, risks and SLA, knowledge-base sources, requester history, an action checklist for the technician, a ready-to-send draft reply and a recommended resolution.
