目前大多数开源的 Langchain 教程，都是使用了 openai 的 gpt 系列模型，但是由于 openai 目前对中国的限制，导致通过 api 的方式不能直接访问。但是，本开源教程无需使用 openai 的 gpt 系列模型，只需要使用的开源的 ollama 部署工具和 qwen2.5 模型，就可以很方便的学习 Langchain 这个框架。
