MAS-Orchestra: train, inspect, and vibe-code multi-agent systems with RL-learned orchestration and MASBench
MAS-Orchestra is an RL training framework with a function-calling abstraction for holistic multi-agent orchestration — composing an entire MAS at each step rather than building it incrementally. We also build MASBench, a controlled benchmark for studying when multi-agent systems outperform single-agent systems. MAS-Orchestra outperforms GPT-5 and Claude-Sonnet-4.5 by up to 23% across 5 benchmarks with a 10× efficiency gain.
