claude-kb-workflow is an open-source memory system for Claude Code: a three-tier pipeline (sessions → LLM wiki → stable KB) where knowledge is promoted only after being verified in production on 2+ projects. Running since April 2026 on 15+ live products, it bundles orchestrated subagents, patterns paid for in production, and methodological skills. Docs in English and Italian.
