由于本项目存在大量支持热重载的配置参数，因此不能使用 nonebot2 的默认配置文件 .env，而是使用一个单独的 config.yaml 文件来存储配置。您可以通过在 .env 文件中设置 bilichat_config_path 来手动指定该文件的位置。
