本地优先的 Codex Token 用量看板，支持官方 Plus、中转站、缓存命中率、脱敏快照和 Netlify 静态演示。
可行，但当前项目不能简单把 start-dashboard.bat 改名为 .exe。它现在是“浏览器前端 + 本地 Node 服务”的结构，本地服务会读取 ~/.codex/sessions、写入 data/usage-index.json，精确来源诊断模式还会调用 Python 读取 logs_2.sqlite。
