Fish-Agent
基于 Spring AI Alibaba ReAct 的FishAgent全栈智能体应用。具备分层记忆、三路 RAG 检索、知识库闭环、流式对话与多维限流能力。Java + Python + Vue 3 全栈架构。
10 个工具（内置 5 个 + 外部 5 个）通过 AgentToolProvider SPI 接口 + ToolRegistry 自动发现。外部工具按 @ConditionalOnProperty 懒装配，单工具构造失败不影响其他工具注册。三重防死循环：CompileConfig.recursionLimit（图节点硬上限）+ ModelCallLimitHook（优雅终止）+ AgentStatus 原子状态机（外部可中断）。
